Material: 97% polyester, 3% elastane & 97% cotton, 3% elastane as different fabric each side

Washing instructions: Wash between 30-40 degrees. Spin-on low spin cycle and do not tumble dry. Iron inside out on low heat with steam to prevent damage to the fabric
