This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions of Sale of Pure Manufacturing Limited, trading as Dolly & Dotty, and applies to all wholesale orders.

1. Order Processing

We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Our usual dispatch time is within three (3) working days following receipt of cleared payment.

During busy periods, product launches, promotional events, public holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, dispatch may take longer.

Dispatch times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times displayed on our website are provided for guidance only.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Destination country

  • Customs clearance

  • Carrier performance

  • Weather conditions

  • Peak shipping periods

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Pure Manufacturing Limited shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities or other events beyond our reasonable control.

3. Delivery Address & Contact Information

The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all delivery information is complete, accurate and up to date before placing an order.

This includes, where applicable:

  • Company name

  • Contact name

  • Full delivery address

  • Telephone number

  • Email address

  • VAT number

  • EORI number

  • Any import, customs or tax registration numbers required by the destination country

  • Any delivery instructions necessary for successful delivery

These details are essential to enable the carrier and customs authorities to contact the Customer regarding delivery or customs clearance where required.

If any delivery information changes after an order has been placed, the Customer must notify us immediately before dispatch.

Pure Manufacturing Limited accepts no responsibility for delivery delays, failed deliveries, returned shipments or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated information supplied by the Customer.

4. Customs Clearance, Import Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, the Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all customs requirements are fulfilled.

This includes:

  • providing any documentation requested by customs authorities or the carrier;

  • supplying valid VAT, EORI or other import registration numbers where required;

  • responding promptly to requests from the carrier or customs authorities; and

  • paying all applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees and other governmental charges.

Failure to do so may result in delays, return of the shipment, abandonment or destruction of the goods by customs authorities.

Any costs arising from such circumstances shall be borne entirely by the Customer.

5. Failed Deliveries

Where delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances within the Customer's control, including but not limited to:

  • incorrect or incomplete delivery details;

  • incorrect telephone number;

  • incorrect email address;

  • failure to respond to the courier;

  • failure to provide customs documentation;

  • failure to provide required VAT, EORI or other import registration numbers;

  • failure to pay import duties or taxes;

  • refusal to accept delivery; or

  • failure to collect the shipment,

the Customer shall be responsible for all additional costs incurred.

These costs may include:

  • return freight;

  • storage charges;

  • customs charges;

  • carrier administration fees;

  • re-delivery charges;

  • disposal charges; and

  • reasonable administrative costs.

Where a shipment must be dispatched again, all additional shipping and related costs must be paid by the Customer before the goods are re-dispatched.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges shown during checkout are calculated automatically using the information available at the time the order is placed.

Whilst we make every effort to provide accurate shipping costs, certain orders may require manual review due to factors such as:

  • parcel dimensions;

  • shipment weight;

  • delivery destination;

  • remote delivery areas;

  • multiple parcels;

  • oversized products; or

  • special carrier requirements.

We always endeavour to obtain the most economical and reliable shipping solution by comparing suitable courier services.

Where the actual shipping cost differs materially from the amount charged during checkout, we reserve the right to:

  • request payment of any additional shipping costs before dispatch; or

  • refund any shipping overpayment where the final shipping cost is lower than originally charged.

No order requiring an additional shipping payment will be dispatched until the Customer has accepted and paid the revised shipping charge.

7. Shipping Insurance

Unless transport insurance has been specifically selected during checkout or otherwise agreed in writing, all shipments are dispatched without transport insurance.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer once the goods have been handed to the carrier.

Where shipping insurance has been purchased, any claim shall be subject to the insurer's terms and conditions.

8. Proof of Delivery

Delivery shall be deemed complete once the carrier records the shipment as delivered to the delivery address supplied by the Customer.

Electronic proof of delivery, GPS records, delivery scans, delivery photographs or signed delivery confirmations supplied by the carrier shall constitute sufficient evidence of successful delivery.

9. Damaged Deliveries

The Customer should inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

If the outer packaging appears damaged, the Customer should, where possible:

  • inspect the shipment before accepting delivery;

  • sign the carrier's delivery documentation as "Damaged" or "Received Damaged";

  • retain all original packaging; and

  • take clear photographs of the packaging and damaged goods.

Failure to notify the carrier of visible damage at the time of delivery may affect the outcome of any carrier claim.

10. Missing Items, Damage & Delivery Discrepancies

The Customer must inspect all goods promptly upon receipt.

Any shortages, incorrect products, transit damage or other delivery discrepancies that could not reasonably be identified at the time of delivery must be reported to Pure Manufacturing Limited within five (5) business days of the recorded delivery date.

The notification should include:

  • the order number;

  • a description of the issue;

  • photographs where applicable; and

  • any other supporting information reasonably requested.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

11. Partial Shipments

Where part of an order is temporarily unavailable, we may, at our discretion:

  • dispatch available items immediately;

  • hold the order until all products are available;

  • offer suitable alternatives with the Customer's agreement; or

  • refund unavailable items.

Temporary stock shortages shall not give rise to any claim for compensation.

12. Force Majeure

Pure Manufacturing Limited shall not be liable for delays or failure to deliver resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • customs inspections;

  • severe weather;

  • transport disruptions;

  • strikes;

  • pandemics;

  • governmental actions;

  • supplier delays;

  • carrier delays; or

  • other force majeure events.

Delivery schedules may be extended accordingly where such events occur.
