Q. How long does it take to dispatch my order?
A. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days from either our EU or UK warehouse.
Q. Can I order from both the EU and UK warehouses?
A. Only EU customers can buy from our EU warehouse. If you are ordering from the UK warehouse and are based abroad, you will need to provide a valid tax number. If you're based in the EU, we also require a valid EORI number and tax number.
Q. How are shipping charges calculated?
A. Shipping charges vary slightly based on the weight of your order. We always strive to find the cheapest shipping option by checking various couriers for the best available price.
Q. Do I need to pay import duties and taxes?
A. If you are ordering from our UK warehouse and are based abroad, you will need to pay import duties and taxes in your country of import.
Q. Can I insure my shipment?
A. Yes, you can choose to have your order sent via an insured service (at an extra charge) or as a standard, tracked delivery (uninsured). It is up to the customer to decide whether or not to opt for insurance.
